For the year, Vaalco declared net income of $43.1 million, or 74 cents per share.

Scorpio Tankers (NASDAQ:STNG) declared that it has moved into a deal whereby the firm would sell its seven Very Large Crude Carriers, or VLCCs, under construction for cash and record a rise of almost $50M. This deal is predicted to end by the end March.
